Our Services

If you choose Alcorp Strata Management to manage your strata plan, you will be provided with the following services;

• To ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act 1996 and all associated Strata Management rules and regulations
• Maintenance of all books and records of the Owners Corporation
• Make arrangements for all General Meetings
  • Meeting locations include Alcorp Head Office, on-site at your property,  at a local club or hall
  • Meeting times are flexible including evenings and Saturdays
  • Strata Managers will Chair the meeting if necessary
• Each trust account maintained by Alcorp is an individual one ensuring you get the best possible returns on your investment
• Arrange for all repairs and maintenance of the lots and common areas
