Part of our strata management services, the strata manager is responsible for arranging general meetings each year. The minutes of the previous general meeting must be read out and confirmed at the next meeting and Alcorp takes care of these aspects.

General meetings are held in order to decide on items such as:

  • Budgets, for example those costs which cover the costs of running the building or complex and maintaining common property.
  • Approving payments made by the owner developer and any other parties involved in developing or maintaining common property
  • Making sure that rules are followed by all owners, tenants, visitors and contractors.
